SongValley is an independent music discovery and streaming platform currently offered in beta. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with its operation, security, content, links, player, or other users.
Beta service
Features may change, pause, contain errors, or become unavailable while the platform is tested. Access may be limited or ended at any time. SongValley does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Music and content
Music, artwork, names, logos, text, and platform design remain owned by their respective rights holders. Access to content does not transfer ownership or grant permission to copy, redistribute, sell, scrape, alter, or commercially exploit it.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to bypass platform controls, automate artificial activity, introduce harmful code, impersonate another person, submit false reports, or use SongValley to violate another party’s rights.
Third-party services
Links or embedded services may be operated by third parties and are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Disclaimer and limitation
The beta is provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. SongValley is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the beta.
Changes
These terms may be updated as SongValley develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
