This policy explains how SongValley handles information during its beta.
Information collected
SongValley may receive information you voluntarily submit through contact or feedback forms, such as your name, email address, message, device details, and the issue you report. Shopify and other service providers may also process standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, cookies, device information, and page activity to operate and secure the storefront.
How information is used
Information may be used to operate the platform, respond to messages, investigate bugs or rights complaints, improve performance, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing
SongValley does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that host or support the platform, or disclosed when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or protection of rights.
Retention and choices
Information is kept only as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, platform security, recordkeeping, or legal requirements. You may request correction or deletion of information you submitted by using the Contact SongValley page, subject to applicable obligations.
Children
The beta is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate authorization.
Updates
This policy may change as beta features and data practices develop. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
